Primary Purpose of the Position
Develop, validate and implement newtire products using experimental & predictive approaches in interactionswith others functions / departments
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
•Productdevelopment and improvement:
-Use tire engineering design standards todevelop new products and support Applied and Functional projects
-Support implementation of newproducts in production and maintenance activities
-Improve and enhance problemsolving strategies
•Process:
-Understand, follow and apply theGlobal Design standards
-Make improvements to or enhancescurrent processes and tools within functional group
•Technology:
-Implement latest technologies inproduct development to ensure premium performance
-Improve and enhance documentationof the created knowledge
•Standards:
-Ensure product conformity to internal,external and legal standards
Qualifications：
•Bachelordegree in Mechanical Engineering. Master degree in Mechanical Engineeringis preferred.
• roductDesign Experience.
•Desiredproject management experience
•Musthave good knowledge of CAD tools (preferred software CatiaV5)
•MSOffice (World, Excel, Power Point)
•VBA,SAP & statistical tools are an asset
•Teamplayer and good communicator
•roactiveand result driven
•Senseof responsibility & urgency
•Stressresistant & flexible
•Showinginitiative / Being proactive
•Willingto travel occasionally
•Fluentin Chinese & English
