岗位职责：

岗位职责
    1. 独立完成蛋白药物理化相关分析方法的建立和优化，分析方法包括HPLC、CE、UPLC、LC/MS；
    2. 负责相关分析方法的确认/验证，以及检测产品稳定性方法的评估及确认；
    3. 负责为工艺和剂型研发提供理化分析和鉴定；

纯化工艺研究员
    Purification process researcher

岗位职责：
    1. 承担蛋白药物项目纯化工艺开发工作；
    2. 承担小试纯化工艺向生产的技术转移，协助或指导生产部门进行工艺放大；
    3. 承担研究用样品制备中的纯化和超滤工作。

岗位职责：

    Responsibilities:
    • Design, construct and validate gene and plasmid constructs
    • Maintain cell lines and primary cell culture; and perform cell-based  assays to identify and
    quantify gene expression

    Required Qualifications:

    • Strong expertise in genetic manipulation using technologies such as  shRNA, AAV
    transduction, RNAi
    • Hands-on experience in molecular biology skills, including RT-PCR, DNA,  RNA
    isolation, western blots, immunocytochemistry, computer related  quantification for ICC.

    Job responsibilities:
    1. Participate in drug preparation prescription screening, process research  and optimization, and realize the transformation to pilot trial and mass  production;
    2. Follow the development trend of preparation technology research and  technology market trends, and carry out the preparation design, development  and development of the project;

Scientist

Qualifications:
    1. PhD degree or above.
    2. Good publication record in leading peer reviewed journals.
    3. Experience with affinity chromatography, IEX, RP, SEC, or other methods,  both for purification and for analytical development, is required.
    4. Demonstrated knowledge of protein conjugation technologies, production,  purification, characterization, HPLC method development, analytical method  development and downstream process methodology is expected.
    5. Experience with affinity chromatography, IEX, RP, SEC, or other methods,  both for purification and for analytical development, is required.
    6. Prior Experience in directing, developing and optimizing conditions for  chemical conjugation, purification and analysis of polymer-protein or  polymer-peptide conjugates, is highly desirable.

Drug  target investigator

Responsibilities:
    1. Critically review the potential therapeutic targets, assess the emerging  scientific data and competitive environment, and propose the reliable targets  for group discussion.
    2. Work closely with group members to prepare data for meeting with the  internal stakeholders.  Provide  scientific opinions on the new drug development projects
    3. Collaborate with internal laboratories to develop and execute plans for  target validation and application of research assays (in vitro, ex vivo, or  in vivo preclinical models).
    Qualifications:
    1. PhD with good publications in the accredited lab is preferred. Overseas  experience is a plus.
    2. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
    3. Expertise and understanding in the state-of-the-art technology,  including genetic perturbation, enzymology, molecular biology, cell biology  and pre-clinical animal models.
    4. Accurate record keeping of experimental work as well as good  organizational skills are preferred.
    5. Good interpersonal skills are preferred.
